Chef Tanner Purdum is the creative force behind The Wild Grain Cafe, Bryan’s new destination for scratch-made sandwiches, breakfast and brunch. Rooted in local ingredients and a love of farm-fresh flavors, Tanner brings a fresh, inventive touch to every dish.
Before The Wild Grain, Tanner made his mark at James Beard Award–winning restaurants and bakeries across Texas and Louisiana, and later earned a loyal following in College Station with The Wild Garlic Pizza. Now, with The Wild Grain, he continues his craft—where flavor runs free and every bite tells a story.
